S.A. Hunt's breakout novel, The Whirlwind in the Thorn Tree, is a great read. As book one of The Outlaw King series, it sets the stage for what promises to be one heck of a gun-toting, monster-slaying, dimension-transversing adventure. I have to admit, it was hard to put down. It had me on the edge of my seat, and even cracking up a few times. We can't wait to see what comes next!
